Հոկտեմբերի 10-ին ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը հանդիպել է Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության 17-րդ գագաթաժողովի շրջանակներում Հայաստան ժամանած Կամբոջայի Թագավորության փոխվարչապետ Հոր Նամհոնգի հետ:  ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության լրատվության և հանրային դիվանագիտության վարչությունից, նախարար Մնացականյանը բարձր է գնահատել միջազգային հարթակներում երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցերի շուրջ առկա սերտ համագործակցությունը, որը լավ հիմք է երկկողմ օրակարգի առաջմղման համար: Այդ առումով որպես առաջնային քայլ զրուցակիցներն ընդգծել են արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների միջև քաղաքական խորհրդակցություններ անցկացնելու մասին Նյու Յորքում ստորագրված փոխըմբռնման հուշագիրը:

Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարը նշել է, որ Հարավարևելյան Ասիայի տարածաշրջանի երկրների հետ հարաբերությունների առավել զարգացումը Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության առաջնահերթությունների շարքում է, և այդ առումով լիարժեք կիրառվում են բազմակողմ ձևաչափերի ընձեռած հնարավորությունները:
