Բռնաբարության մեղադրանքով 8 տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտված, «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ում գտնվող 45-ամյա Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանն ի նշան բողոքի կարել է աչքերը: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին ասաց նրա մայրը` Հրանուշ Հովհաննիսյանը:

Կալանավորի մայրը պատմեց, որ որդին բողոքում է խցի վատ պայմաններից:

«Պատից ջուրը չռռում է, խուցը 1 ու կես մետր խորության մեջ է: 2 տարի է արդեն էդ խցում, առնետների, կարիճների մեջ է»,- ասաց կալանավորի մայրը` նշելով, որ որդին աչքերը կարել է հունիսի 29-ից:

Կալանավորը պահանջում է հանդիպում վարչապետի հետ` իր բողոքը հայտնելու համար:

Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանի մոր տեղեկություններով` բացի որդուց եւս մեկ կալանավոր էլ է կարել աչքերը:
