Սեպտեմբերի 27-ին արտգործնախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը Նյու Յորքում հանդիպում ունեցավ Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի պետքարտուղար Ժան-Բատիստ Լըմուանի հետ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ լրատվության և հանրային դիվանագիտության վարչությունից,  զրուցակիցները գոհունակությամբ արձանագրեցին, որ երկու երկրների միջև բարձր և բարձրագույն մակարդակներում վերջին շրջանում տեղի ունեցող պարբերական հանդիպումները լավ հնարավորություն են ընձեռում հայ-ֆրանսիական առանձնաշնորհյալ հարաբերությունների առավել ընդլայնման համար:

Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն ու Ժան-Բատիստ Լըմուանը հանագամանալից անդրադարձ կատարեցին Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության երևանյան գագաթաժողովի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներին, դրա շրջանակներում ընդունվելիք փաստաթղթերին և կազմակերպվելիք միջոցառումներին:
