Հյուսիսաին Կորեայի իշխանությունները մեղադրում են ԱՄՆ-ին իրենց երկիր ներխուժելու փորձին մեջ՝ միեւնույն ժամանակ սպառնալով վերջինիս միջուկային հարվածով անգամ չնչին սադրանքի պարագայում: Այս մասին հայտնում է РИА գործակալությունը՝ հղում կատարելով Հյուսիսային Կորեայի Կենտրոնական հեռագրային գործակալությանը:

Նշվում է, որ Փհենյանի զայրույթն է առաջացրել այն փաստը, որ Վաշինգտոնը պլանավորում է Կորեական թերակղզում տեղադրել իր հակահրթիռային համակարգերը: «ԱՄՆ-ի՝ Հյուսիսային Կորեա ներխուժելու փորձը գնալով ավելի անհեթեթ է դառնում: Նախազգուշացնող միջուկային հարվածի իրավունքը միայն Միացյալ Նահանգների մենաշնորհը չէ», - նշվում է գործակալության տարածած հաղորդագրությունում:

Հյուսիսային Կորեայի իշխանությունները, ըստ տարածված տեղեկատվության, հայտնում են, որ երկրի զինված ուժերը ներկայում անցում են կատարել նախազգուշական հարվածի ռեժիմին, որպեսզի կարողանան դիմակայել ԱՄՆ-ին: «Օպերատիվ բոլոր խմբերը բերվել են լիակատար պատրաստվածության հակառակորդի կողմից անգամ չնչին սադրանքի դեպքում նրա ուղղությամբ անողոք ու ավերիչ հարված հասցնելու համար»,- ասված է իշխանությունների հայտարարության մեջ:
