Գյուղացու հոգսը թեթևացնել և անհրաժեշտ պահին գյուղացու կողքին կանգնելը այն հաստատուն գործելաոճն է, որով երկար տարիներ առաջնորդվում է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը: Գյուղացին, իրոք շատ հաճախ է ունենում արտաքին օգնության կարիք, քանի-որ նրա գործը կախված է մի շարք հանգամանքներից՝ եղանակային պայմաններից, բերքատվությունից: Օրինակ՝ այս տարի խաղողագործների բերքը տուժեց կարկուտի հետևանքով, և այստեղ ևս նրանց օգնության հասավ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը: 
Ընդհանրապես Ծառուկյանը միշտ կանգնած է եղել խաղողագործների կողքին՝ նրանց աջակից լինելով: Եվ քանի որ խաղողագործները իրենց համար լրջագույն խնդրի առաջ էին կանգնած, Ծառուկյանի որոշմամբ՝ այս տարի «Արարատ» կոնյակի, գինու, օղու կոմբինատը մեկ կիլոգրամ խաղողի դիմաց կվճարի 150 դրամ, ինչը Հայաստանում ամենաբարձր գինն է: 
Պետք է նաև նշել, որ խաղողի մթերման գինը բարձրացնելուց չի բարձրանալու կոնյակի վաճառքի գինը և եթե անգամ գործարանը տուժի, միևնույն է առաջնայինը գյուղացուն օգնելու խնդիրն է: Սա ևս մեկ օրինակ է, երբ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը իր շահույթի հաշվին օգնում է գյուղացուն՝ թեթևացնելով նրա բեռը:
