Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ուղերձում, մասնավորապես, ասված է.

Ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ և Բրազիլիայի բարեկամ ժողովրդին՝ Բրազիլիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության ազգային տոնի՝ Անկախության օրվա կապակցությամբ:

 Հայաստանի և Բրազիլիայի միջև ծավալվող արդյունավետ քաղաքական երկխոսությունը խարսխված է փոխադարձ հարգանքի և վստահության վրա, որն ամուր հիմք է հանդիսանում առավել ընդլայնելու և զարգացնելու մեր երկրների միջև փոխշահավետ համագործակցությունը: Համոզված եմ, որ համատեղ ջանքերի շնորհիվ երկկողմ հարաբերություններում կարձանագրենք նորանոր ձեռքբերումներ՝ ի շահ երկու երկրների ժողովուրդների»:
