Երկու էական որոշում ընդունեցինք այսօրվա հանձնաժողովի նիստում։ Այդ մասին այսօր՝ հունիսի 28–ին, ասուլիսին ասաց ՀՀ առաջին փոխվարչապետ, ընտրական օրենսդրության բարեփոխման կառավարության հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանը։

Նրա խոսքով, հանձնաժողովը փոփոխությունների նախագծում ամրագրեց, որ ընտրակարգը պետք է լինի 100 տոկոս համամասնական՝ այսպես կոչված փակ ցուցակներով համամասնական. « Նաեւ որոշում կայացրեցինք անցողիկ շեմի համար, այն է ՝ 1 տոկոսով իջեցնել դաշինքների եւ կուսակցությունների համար՝ համապատասխանաբար 6 եւ 4 տոկոս»։

Նա նաեւ նշեց, որ որոշակի փուլից հետո, երբ որ ընտրական օրենսդրության բարեփոխման կառավարության հանձնաժողովը կունենա հայեցակարգ, կհանդիպեն խորհրդարանական ուժերի, արտախորհրդարանական ուժերի հետ եւ կկազմակերպեն հանրային քննարկումներ։
