Շուրջ 2 տարի կալանքի տակ գտնվող Սարի թաղի բնակիչներն ազատ արձակվեցին

Սարի թաղի գործով ամբաստանյալներ Հրաչյա Բոյաջյանը, Արման Ադամյանն ու Ժորա Ավետիսյանը ստորագրությամբ ազատ են արձակվել:

Հելսինկյան Քաղաքացիական Ասամբլեայի Վանաձորի գրասենյակից հայտնում են, որ Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Շենգավիթի նստավայրում դատավորը, վերադառնալով խորհրդակցական սենյակից, բավարարեց պաշտպանական կողմի միջնորդությունն ու ազատ արձակեց 3 ամբաստանյալներին: Նշենք, որ ավելի վաղ ազատ էին արձակվել Սարի թաղի բնակիչներ Հարություն Թորոսյանը, Հրայր Իսախանյանը, Անդրանիկ Քյոսեյանը եւ Էդուարդ Զեյթունյանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ Հրաչյա Բոյաջյանը, Արման Ադամյանն ու Ժորա Ավետիսյանը 2016թ. հուլիսի 19-ին ժամը 20:00-ի սահմաններում Երևանի Մովսես Խորենացի փողոցին հարող Գլինկա եւ Որմնադիրներ փողոցների հատման վայրում մի խումբ անձանց հետ առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն են գործադրել իրենց ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարող ոստիկանության մի շարք ծառայողների նկատմամբ:
