ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ստորաբաժանումների վարույթում քննվում է 13 քրեական գործ՝ նախադպրոցական, դպրոցական հաստատություններում արձանագրված չարաշահումների դեպքերի առթիվ:

ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ հարուցված 13 քրեական գործերից 5-ը վերաբերում է պաշտոնեական դիրքը չարաշահելուն, 4-ը՝ յուրացմանը, 2-ը՝ կաշառք ստանալուն, 1-ը պաշտոնեական լիազորություններն անցնելուն եւ եւս 1-ը՝ պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելուն:

Հափշտակված գումարի չափը կազմում է 15.897.584 ՀՀ դրամ։

Յուրաքանչյուր քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ արձանագրված չարաշահումների բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու, դրանց առնչություն ունեցած անձանց շրջանակը հստակեցնելու եւ նրանց գործողություններին համարժեք քրեաիրավական գնահատական տալու ուղղությամմբ:
