Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շեշտել է ներքաղաքական գործընթացներում կանանց կարեւոր դերը:

«Շատ է խոսվում այն մասին, որ հեղափոխության շարժիչ ուժը երիտասարդներն էին, եւ դա այդպես է: Սակայն կարծում եմ, որ վճռորոշ քաղաքական գործոններից մեկն էլ կանանց աննախադեպ ակտիվությունն էր: Ես արդեն 28 տարի Հայաստանում մասնակցում եմ հանրահավաքների եւ չեմ տեսել, որ հանրահավաքների 30-40 տոկոսը կանայք լինեին: Այս գործոնը հանգեցրեց իրավիճակի փոփոխության եւ այն բանի գրավականն էր, որ ամեն ինչ խաղաղ եղավ»,- հայտարարեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը «Սինոփսիս» ընկերության աշխատակիցների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ:

Վարչապետը նաեւ հույս հայտնեց, որ իշխանության մեջ կանայք ավելի մեծ թիվ կկազմեն:
