Դատավոր Դավիթ Բալայանն այսօր՝ հունիսի 4-ին, հրապարակում է ծննդկան Մերի Մարգարյանի եւ նորածնի մահվան գործով դատավճիռը:

NEWS.am-ի թղթակիցը Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Շենգավիթի նստավայրից հաղորդում է, որ նիստերի դահլիճը բազմամարդ է, այստեղ են մահացած ծննդկանի ազգականները, գործով ամբաստանյալներ Շուշանիկ Բախշյանի եւ Անի Բաբելյանի հարազատները:

Հիշեցնենք, որ մեղադրող Արա Մնացականյանը պահանջել է Շուշանիկ Բախշյանին դատապարտել 3.5 տարվա ազատազրկման՝ զրկելով բժշկական գործունեություն իրականացնելու իրավունքից 3 տարի ժամկետով, իսկ Անի Բաբելյանին՝ 2.5 տարվա ազատազրկման՝ զրկելով բժշկական գործունեություն իրականացնելու իրավունքից 2,5 տարի ժամկետով: Տուժողի իրավահաջորդի ներկայացուցիչ Մարինե Թովմասյանը միջնորդել է Շուշանիկ Բախշյանին եւ Անի Բաբելյանին դատապարտել առավելագույն պատժի: Պաշտպանական կողմը պահանջում է արդարացնել երկու բժշկուհիներին:
