Ջազ համերգ՝ Երևանի հիմնադրման 2800-ամյակին ընդառաջ

Երևանի հիմնադրման 2800-ամյակին ընդառաջ տոնական միջոցառումների շրջանակում նախօրեի երեկոյան Կասկադ համալիրի հարակից տարածքում ջազի սիրահարների համար կազմակերպվել էր բացօթյա մեծ համերգ: Հայկական ու համաշխարհային լավագույն ջազային ստեղծագործություններով հագեցած համերգային ծրագիրն ունկնդրել է նաև Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը: Համերգի ընթացքում ելույթ են ունեցել նորաստեղծ երևանյան ջազ-բենդեր, նշանավոր ու Երևանում ջազը կայացրած նվագախմբեր և ջազի վարպետներ: 

Հարկ է նշել, որ այս տարին հոբելյանական է նաև հայկական ջազի համար: Ուղիղ 80 տարի առաջ Արտեմի Այվազյանի և Ցոլակ Վարդազարյանի գլխավորությամբ ստեղծվեց Հայաստանի պետական ջազային նվագախումբը, ինչն իսկապես նշանակալի իրադարձություն էր երաժշտարվեստի այս ուղղության բոլոր սիրահարների և երկրպագուների համար: Ըստ այդմ, համերգի կազմակերպիչներն այն նվիրել էին նաև հայկական ջազի 80-ամյակին:
