Հա­յաս­տա­նյան գոր­ծա­րար­նե­րի մի խումբ ներ­կա­յումս խիստ զայ­րա­ցած է պե­տա­կան եկա­մուտ­նե­րի կո­մի­տեի նա­խա­գահ Վար­դան Հա­րու­թյու­նյա­նի վրա:

Ըստ մեր ունե­ցած տե­ղե­կու­թյուն­նե­րի, երբ ՀՀ Վե­րահս­կիչ պա­լա­տը մտել է ՊԵԿ ստու­գում­նե­րի, ֆի­նան­սա­կան հար­ցեր լու­ծե­լու անհ­րա­ժեշ­տու­թյուն է ծա­գել: Հենց այդ հար­ցով էլ Վ.Հա­րությ­ու­նյա­նը դի­մել է գոր­ծա­րար­նե­րին, որոնք էլ ըն­դա­ռա­ջել են նրան: Սա­կայն ժա­մա­նա­կի ըն­թաց­քում հաս­կա­ցել են, որ ՊԵԿ-ն ուղ­ղա­կի «քա­շել» է իրենց, քա­նի որ նա­խև­ա­ռաջ Վե­րահս­կիչ պա­լա­տի գոր­ծու­նե­ու­թյունն առնչ­վում է պե­տա­կան կա­ռույց­նե­րի, այլ ոչ ան­հատ­նե­րի հետ: Ար­դյուն­քում սկսվել է լուրջ «ռազ­բոր­կա», քանզի գոր­ծա­րար­նե­րը պա­հան­ջում են իրենց գու­մար­նե­րը:
