Ամերիկյան Սիեթլի 26-ամյա բնակչուհուն մեղադրում են քնած ժամանակ տղամարդու բռնաբարելու համար: 31-ամյա տղամարդն արթնացել է գիշերը ժամը 2-ին եւ իր վրա նստած կնոջ տեսել: Metro-ի փոխանցմամբ, զոհի ձեռքերը կապված են եղել:

Բռնաբարության ենթադրյալ զոհը ոստիկանությանը դիմել է այն բանից հետո, երբ կինն ավարտել է իր գործը: Ոստիկանության զեկույցում նշվում է, որ բռնաբարության ժամանակ տղամարդը ծանր օրվանից հետո խորը քնած է եղել:

Սիեթլի բնակչուհուն երկրորդ կարգի բռնաբարության մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանից հետո, երբ նրա ԴՆԹ-ն հայտնաբերել են զոհի մարմնի վրա: Կինը հերքում է իր մեղքը եւ հայտարարում, որ տառապում է փսիխոզով:
