Հարկավոր չէ մեծ գումարներ և շատ ժամանակ ծախսել՝ ցանկալի արդյունքի հասնելու համար։ Կարող եք խառնել ընդամենը 4 բաղադրիչ՝ պատրաստելու համար երիտասարդացնող կրեմ, որը կօգնի նաև սպիտակեցնել մաշկը։

Բաղադրիչներ

• 1 ճաշի գդալ մեղր
• 1 թեյի գդալ վազելին
• 1-2 յոդ
• 1 ճաշի գդալ գերչակի յուղ։

Պատրաստման եղանակը։ Ապակե տարայի մեջ 1-2 կաթիլ յոդ լցրեք։ Ավելացրեք մեղրը, վազելինը և գերչակի յուղը։ Լավ խառնեք բաղադրիչները։ Ստացված կրեմը հարկավոր է պահել սառը, մութ վայրում՝ մեկ ամսից ոչ ավելի։

Օգտագործման եղանակը։ Կրեմը բարակ շերտով քսեք մաքուր դեմքին։ Օգտագործելուց առաջ հարկավոր է լավ խառնել այն։ Ավելի լավ արդյունքի հասնելու համար կարող եք թեթև մերսել մաշկը։ Կրեմը դեմքին կարող եք թողնել 15 րոպեից միչև 1 ժամ։ Արդյունքում մաշկը կսնուցեք, կկանխարգելեք թեփոտումը։
