Այսօր Երևանի գեղարվեստի պետական ակադեմիայում տեղի է ունեցել ճապոնական թեյախմության արարողություն, որին ներկա էին Հայաստանում Ճապոնիայի դեսպան Էյջի Տագուչին, որը ներկաներին ողջունեց հայերենով, այլ դեսպանատների ներկայացուցիչներ, ուսանողներ ու լրագրողներ։

Թեյախմության արարողությունը վարել է «ՍՕ-ԿԱՏՕԿՈՒ» պրոֆեսոր (Իկենոբոյի պրոֆեսորի բարձրագույն աստիճան), «Ծագող արև. ոսկյա ու արծաթյա ճառագայթներ» միաբանության կավալեր, Օմոտե Սենկե դպրոցի թեյախմության արարողության ու Սումի-է գեղանկարչության վարպետ Միդորի Յամադան։ Նրան օգնում էր աշակերտուհի Ելենա Սելիվանովան։
