Արայիկ Խանդոյանին՝ Միայնակ Գալյին, մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգքրի 218 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (պատանդ վերցնելը) և 235 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով (ապօրինի զենք զինամթերք ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը): Այս մասին ArmLur.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց նրա փաստաբան Արայիկ Պապիկյանը:

Վերջինս նշեց, որ խափանման միջոցի ընտրությունը տեղի կունենա այսօր, սակայն ժամը դեռևս հայտնի չէ: Պաշտպանը հավելեց, որ Խանդոյանը չի ընդունել իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքները:
