Բայց տարիներ անց, երբ Քայլին 19 տարեկանում կատարեց իր պլաստիկ վիրահատությունները ու դարձավ ավելի սեքսուալ, Քայլ Փոթսը հասկացավ, որ հենց նրա նման է ուզում լինել: Պլաստիկ վիրահատությունների հետ կապված խնդիրներ չեն եղել, քանզի բժիշկները նշել են, որ երկու Քայլիների դիմագծերը համապատասխանում են:
