Մեկ բաժակ սուրճ, համեղ բուտերբրոդ, ահա և հիանալի նախաճաշ: Պատրաստեք ապխտած մսով և ձվով այս ուտեստն և կհամոզվեք , որ այն համեղ և սննդարար նախաճաշի հրաշալի տարբերակ է:

Անհրաժեշտ են.

1. 5 հացիկներ

2. 5 ձու

3. 150 գր. ապխտած միս

4. 2 մարինացված վարուգ

5. Կարագ

6. Մայոնեզ

7. Կանաչի ըստ ճաշակի

Պատրասման եղանակը.

1. Կտրատել ապխտած միսը և վարունգը, լցնել տարրայի մեջ, ավելացնել մայոնեզ, լավ խառնել

2. Կտրել հացիկների վերևի մասը, հանել միջուկը

3. Յուրաքանչյուր հացիկը ներսից պատել կարագով

4. Հացիկները լցոնել պատրաստված զանգվածով, վրան լցնել կտրատած կանաչի

5. Յուրաքանչյուր հացիկի վրա կոտրել մեկ ձու, դնել ջեռոցը, թողնել մինչև պատրաստ լինելը
