Ամեն ինչ պետք է ծառայի մեր քաղաքացիների հարմարավետությանը, ժամանակի խնայողությանը, արագ տեղաշարժին և տեղեկությունների արդյունավետ փոխանակմանը, սա այն հիմնական ուղենիշներն են, որով առաջնորդվելու է «Երևան` խելացի քաղաք» ծրագրի մշակման և իրականացման հանձնաժողովը:

Ուրախ եմ, որ այս կարևոր գործընթացին մեզ միացան նաև ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ն ու Տեղեկատվական և հաղորդակցության տեխնոլոգիաների գործատուների միությունը, ում հետ այսօր կնքեցինք եռակողմ հուշագիր:

Վստահ եմ, որ տեղեկատվական և հեռահաղորդակցական տեխնոլոգիաների նորարարական լուծումների մշակման և կիրառման ոլորտում մեր քաղաքն առաջիկայում էլ ավելի շոշափելի արդյունքներ կգրանցի:
