Բաղադրիչները

  • Կարտոֆիլ — 15 հատ
  • Ֆարշ— 250 գրամ
  • Սոխ — 1 հատ
  • Տոմատի մածուկ՝ ըստ ճաշակի
  • Աղ՝ ըստ ճաշակի
  • Սև պղպեղ (աղացած) ՝ ըստ ճաշակի
  • Թթվասեր — 50 գրամ
  • Սերուցքային կարագ — 50 գրամ

Պատրաստումը

Կարտոֆիլի կեղևը մաքրեք և մեջտեղից կտրեք: Դրեք ջրով կաթսայի մեջ թող կիսաեփ եփվի: մսի ֆարշին ավելացրեք մանրացված սոխը, աղը, սև պղպեղը: Կարտոֆիլի մեջը փոսիկ բացեք և մեջը լցրեք ֆարշը:

Առանջին ափսեի մեջ միասին խառնած թթվասերը, հալեցրած կարագը,  տոմատի մածուկը բացեք ջրով և լցրեք վրան:
