Կարմիր գրքում գրանցված սպիտակագլուխ անգղերին որսած անձն Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ է, ավելին՝ EcoNews.am բնապահպանական տեղեկատվական կայքին հաջողվեց պարզել, որ 1980թ.-ին ծնված Արթուր Մկրտչի Մկրտչյանը Շենավան համայնքի ղեկավարն է:  Նշենք, որ սպիտակագլուխ անգղը վտանգված տեսակ է: Գրանցված է նախկին ԽՍՀՄ և Ռուսաստանի Կարմիր գրքերում: Տեսակն ընդգրկված է ԲՊՄՄ Կարմիր ցուցակում (ver. 3.1) «Least Concern» կարգավիճակով: Ընդգրկված է նաև Հայաստանի Կարմիր գրքում:   Արթուր Մկրտչյանը համայնքի ղեկավար է 2005թ.-ից, իսկ մինչ համայնքի ղեկավար ընտրվելն աշխատաքային այլ գործունեություն չի ունեցել: Վերջինս նաև կուսակցական պատկանելություն ունի՝ ՀՀԿ-ական է: Արմավիրի մարզի Շենավան համայնքը ունի մոտ 1600 բնակիչ: 

Ինչպես գրում է ՀՀ ԳԱԱ կենդանաբանության ինստիտուտի գիտաշխատող Լյուբա Բալյանը, հետևյալ լուսանկարում փասիան է, որը ևս գրանցված է ՀՀ Կարմիր գրքում։

Լյուբա Բալյանը գրում է. «Իսկ այ էս մեկը լրիվ հետաքրքիր ա. Արոս, տափաստանային բնակիչ, ՀՀ-ում գրեթե այլևս չի հանդիպում, կամ որովհետև նրանց կենսամիջավայրը մեզ մոտ սահմանամերձ է, իսկ դա նշանակում է որ կամ զինծառայողն ա սատկացնում, կամ էլ ....... այ սենց»:
