Ամերիկյան ռեալիթի շուների աստղ Քիմ Քարդաշյանը, ով երկրորդ հղիության ժամանակ բավական գիրացել էր, բացահայտում է, թե ինչպես է իրեն հաջողվել նիհարել մոտ 30կգ։

Քիմը նշել է, որ իրեն օգնել է ձկան ու թռչնամսի դիետան ու մարզումները։ Քիմը People ամսագրին ասել է, որ հասկացել է, թե որքան կարևոր է դիետան՝ նիհարելու համար։

«Նախկինում ես կարծում էի, որ կարող եմ մարզվել ու այնուհետ ուտել այն, ինչ ուզում եմ»,-ասել է 35-ամյա Քիմը։

Քիմը նշել է, որ օրական ուտում է մոտ 1800 կալորիա Ատկինսի պլանով, ինչպես նաև առավոտյան 6,30-ից սկսում է մարզվել մարզիչ Դոն Բրուքսի հետ։
