Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիրում մեկնարկել է Հայաստան-Սփյուռք 6-րդ համաժողովը։ Հատուկ այս նպատակով Հայաստան են ժամանել մոտ 1800 հյուրեր աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներից։ Հյուրերի թվում է նաև Թուրքիայի Մեջլիսի հայ պատգամավոր Կարո Փայլանը։ Նա երկար չշփվեց լրագրողների հետ, միայն ասաց, որ ուրախ է Հայաստանում լինելու համար և առաջիկայում ասւոլիսով հանդես կգա։ «Շատ ուրախ եմ, որ հոս եմ։ Այս անգամ պատգամավոր ըլլալով կայցելեմ Հայաստան»,-ասաց Փայլանը։ Մյուս հարցերրն խոստացավ պատասխանել ասուլիսի ժամանակ։
