Սեպտեմբերի 12-ին, ժամը 23:40-ին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Երեւան քաղաքի Ավան վարչական շրջանի Նվեր Սաֆարյան փողոցի թիվ 14 շենքի մոտակայքում գտնվող երկհարկանի տան ինքնաշեն վերելակը պոկվել եւ ընկել է, կա տուժած. անհրաժեշտ է փրկարարների օգնությունը:

Դեպքի վայր է մեկնել մեկ մարտական հաշվարկ:

Պարզվել է, որ Մհեր Մկրտչյան 11/11 հասցեում գտնվող տներից մեկի առաջին հարկից դեպի նկուղ գործում է ինքնաշեն վերելակ, որը շահագործման ժամանակ պոկվել է, ինչի հետեւանքով քաղաքացին ընկել է:

Փրկարարները քաղաքացուն դուրս են բերել նկուղից եւ տեղափոխել շտապօգնության ավտոմեքենա: 1968 թ. ծնված Ն. Բ.-ը վերջույթների վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է Իզմիրլյան բժշկական կենտրոն:
