26-ամյա Ամանդան մեկ տարվա ընթացքում կորցրել է քառասուն կգ քաշ: Միաժամանակ նա չի կիրառել առողջության համար վտանգավոր դիետաներ, չի գնացել թանկարժեք ֆիթնես-ակումբներ, այլ փոխել է իր կենսակերպի որոշ տարրեր: Այս ամենին նա հասել է երեք քայլերի միջոցով:


Քայլ առաջին
Օրական ընդամենը քսան րոպե ֆիզիկական ակտիվությունը ոչ միայն արագացնում է նիհարելու գոծընթացը, այլ լավացնում է սրտանոթային համակարգի աշխատանքը: Քայլքը, հեծանիվ վարելը, լողը ֆիզիկական մեծ ծանրաբեռնվածություն չեն պահանջում, բայց օգնում են նիհարելուն:


Քայլ երկրորդ
Անհրաժեշտ է վերահսկել սննդի չափաքանակը, որը սակայն չի նշանակում որոշ տեսակների նկատմամբ սահմանափակումներ: Անհրաժեշտ է միայն ճիշտ հաշվարկել չափաքանակները և օգտագործել բջջանյութով հարուստ սնունդ:


Քայլ երրորդ
Հարկավոր է ավելի շատ օգտագործել սպիտակուցներ: Հենց սպիտակցունցերով հարուստ սնունդն է շուտ հագեցնում և չի վնասում մկանային համակարգը:
