Ռուսաստանում դատապարտված եւ Հայաստան տեղափոխված հայ վարորդ Հրաչյա Հարությունյանը պատիժն այսուհետ կրելու է բաց ռեժիմով, հայտնում է NEWS.am-ը:

ՔԿՎ հանրային կապերի բաժնից հայտնում են, որ Հրաչյա Հարությունյանն արդեն իսկ տեղափոխվել է բացերի համար նախատեսված տեղամաս:

Նշենք, որ տեղեկություններ կան, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ներում է շնորհել հայ վարորդին եւ նա դեկտեմբերից կլինի ազատության մեջ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2013 թվականի հուլիսին Հրաչյա Հարությունյանը Պոդոլսկի մերձակայքում բեռնատարով բախվել էր ուղեւորատար ավտոբուսին, ինչի հետեւանքով 18 մարդ էր զոհվել, ավելի քան 60 մարդ տարբեր աստիճանի վնասվածքներ էր ստացել: Հրաչյա Հարությունյանը Ռուսաստանում 6 տարի 9 ամիս ժամկետով ազատազրկման էր դատապարտվել: 2017թ. հուլիսի 20-ին Հրաչյա Հարությունյանը տեղափոխվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն՝ «Դատապարտյալների փոխանցման մասին» 1983թ. եվրոպական կոնվենցիայով սահմանված կարգով պատժի մնացած մասը կրելու համար:
