«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովը կես տարվա համար գնելու է 127 հատ տոներային քրտրիջ յուրաքանչյուրը՝ 47.800-72.200 դրամ: Այդ բոլորի համար ՀԾԿՀ-ն վճարելու է 4 մլն 34 հազար դրամ:

Սա այն դեպքում, երբ կարող էր ոչ թե նման շռայլությամբ քարտրիջ գնել, այլ յուրաքանչյուրը 5-10 հազար դրամով լիցքավորել: Նույնը վերաբերում է համակարգչային մկնիկներին, որից 70 հատ գնվել է 3.5 մլն դրամով:

Այն տպավորությունն է, որ ՀԾԿՀ-ն այնքան հարուստ է, որ տարին մեկ կամ երկու անգամ փոխում է իր աշխատակիցների այդ սարքերը: Իսկ որ ամենահետաքրքիրն է, գնել է 1 մլն 599 հազար դրամի ձեռք սրբելու թուղթ եւ 240 հազար դրամի զուգարանի թուղթ»:
