Tert.am/ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԶՔԳՎ չորրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում քննություն է տարվում՝ պարզելու ժամկետային զինծառայող, կրտսեր սերժանտ Վարդան Արտավազդի Մելքոնյանի մահվան հանգամանքները:

Պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողի դին հայտնաբերվել է հուլիսի 23-ին` ժամը 06.30-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի մերձակա տարածքում` կախված վիճակում:

Չորրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում նույն օրը հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 110-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, մշակվել է քննչական պլան, և ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ` զինծառայողի մահվան հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ, նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:
