Կառավարության նոյեմբերի 5-ի նիստում ընդունվել է 6 և ավելի անչափահաս երեխա ունեցող ընտանիքների բնակարանային ապահովման պետական աջակցության ծրագրի նախագիծը։

Ծրագրի համաձայն՝ 2027 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ի դրությամբ 6 և ավելի անչափահաս երեխա ունեցող ընտանիքներին յուրաքանչյուր երեխայի հաշվով կտրամադրվի 4 մլն դրամի հավաստագիր։ Այն հնարավոր կլինի օգտագործել հիփոթեքային վարկավորման միջոցով բնակարան ձեռք բերելու կամ տուն կառուցելու նպատակով։

Եթե ընտանիքը որոշի տուն կառուցել գյուղական բնակավայրում, ապա լրացուցիչ կտրամադրվի ևս 4 մլն դրամ։ Այդ գումարը հնարավոր կլինի օգտագործել հողամաս ձեռք բերելու, հողամասի մշակման, կենցաղային տեխնիկայի և կահույքի գնման համար։

Ծրագրից օգտվելու համար նախատեսված են նաև որոշակի սահմանափակումներ։ Մասնավորապես, ընտանիքի՝ 2026 թվականի եկամուտների հայտարարագրով ներկայացված եկամուտները չպետք է գերազանցեն 10 մլն դրամը։ Կստուգվի նաև ընտանիքին պատկանող անշարժ գույքի առկայությունը։

Նույն շահառուն չի կարող միաժամանակ օգտվել բնակարանային ապահովման մեկ այլ պետական ծրագրից։
