Պաշտոնական նամակներ կհանձնվեն Ռուսաստանի դեսպանատանը և Հայաստանի կառավարությանը՝ արցախցիների վերադարձի իրավունքի ապահովման պահանջով

Արցախի Հանրապետության Հանրային խորհուրդը հայտարարում է․

«Նոյեմբերի 9-ին՝ 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմի հրադադարի հաստատման վերաբերյալ եռակողմ հայտարարության ստորագրման 6-րդ տարելիցի կապակցությամբ, Արցախի Հանրապետության Հանրային խորհուրդը կազմակերպում է այց Եռաբլուր զինվորական պանթեոն՝ հարգանքի տուրք մատուցելու հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար իրենց կյանքը զոհաբերած հերոսների հիշատակին։

Նույն օրը պաշտոնական նամակներ կհանձնվեն 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության ստորագրման կողմերից երկուսին՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության դեսպանատանը և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությանը։

Նամակների հիմնական ուղերձը նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությամբ ստանձնած, սակայն մինչ օրս չկատարված պարտավորությունների, ինչպես նաև արցախցիների՝ հայրենիք վերադառնալու իրավունքի հարցի ապահովումն է։
