Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը Ռուս-Հայկական (Սլավոնական) համալսարանի պրոռեկտոր Պարգև Ավետիսյանին պարգևատրել է Բարեկամության շքանշանով։ Արարողությունը տեղի է ունեցել Կրեմլումч Ազգային միասնության օրվա կապակցությամբ։

Ավետիսյանն իր ելույթում շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Ռուսաստանի նախագահին հեղինակավոր մրցանակի, ինչպես նաև ռուս-հայկական գիտական, կրթական և մշակութային համագործակցության զարգացմանը, ինչպես նաև միջպետական ​​կապերի ամրապնդմանը ուղղված բոլոր առաջադեմ նախաձեռնությունների նկատմամբ ցուցաբերած շարունակական ուշադրության և աջակցության համար։

«Ցանկանում եմ օգտվել այս առիթից՝ շնորհակալություն հայտնելու Ռուս-Հայկական Համալսարանի ողջ դասախոսական և համալսարանի ուսանողական կազմին երկարամյա համագործակցության համար, քանի որ այս մրցանակը և՛ պատիվ է, և՛ պարգև իմ գործընկերների համար, որոնց հետ մենք քառորդ դար շարունակ պատրաստել ենք բարձրակարգ մասնագետներ տնտեսության բոլոր ոլորտներում և հումանիտար գիտություններում, մասնագետներ, որոնք տիրապետում են ռուսերենին, հայերենին և այլ օտար լեզուների», - ասել Ավետիսյանը։

Պրոռեկտորը համալսարանը անվանել է ռուս-հայկական ժամանակակից հարաբերությունների եզակի նախագիծ։ Նա նշեց, որ Ռուս-Հայկական Համալսարանում հաջողությամբ խթանվում և համադրվում են ռուսական կրթության և հայ մանկավարժական մտքի լավագույն ավանդույթները՝ արտացոլելով Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի առաջատար գիտական ​​դպրոցների առաջադեմ գաղափարները։
