Դատարանի որոշմամբ Սոնա Մնացականյանի վրաերթի գործով տուժողի ներկայացուցչի բողոքները վարույթ ընդունելը մերժվել է, հայտնում է փաստաբան Րաֆֆի Ասլանյանը։

«ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի որոշմամբ Սոնա Մնացականյանի վրաերթի գործով տուժողի ներկայացուցչի և մեղադրյալի պաշտպանների վճռաբեկ բողոքները վարույթ ընդունելը մերժվել է, ուստի մեղադրյալ Արամ Նավասարդյանի նկատմամբ կայացված դատավճիռը մտել է օրինական ուժի մեջ։

Համոզմունք ունեմ, որ հետագայում ևս ամենաբարձր մակարդակով արվելու է ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի մեղադրյալը չկրի նույնիսկ դատավճռով նշանակված ակնհայտ մեղմ ու անհամաչափ պատիժը՝ 1 տարի 6 ամիս ժամկետով ազատազրկումը»,-գրել է նա։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Փաշինյանի ավտոշարասյան կողմից վրաերթի ենթարկված Սոնա Մնացականյանի և նրա չծնված զավակի սպանության համար մեղադրյալ Արամ Նավասարդյանը մեղավոր էր ճանաչվել և ազատազրկվել 1 տարի 6 ամիս ժամկետով։ Դատարանը նրան 1 տարի 6 ամիս ժամկետով զրկել էր ավտոմոբիլ կամ այլ տրասնպորտային միջոց վարելու հնարավորությունից և որոշել տուժողի իրավահաջորդ Մնացական Մնացականյանի օգտին բռնագանձել 4 մլն դրամ։ Հղի կնոջը վրաերթի ենթարկած Արամ Նավասարդյանը ՔԿՀ–ում պատիժ է կրելու 1 տարի 5 ամիս 26 օր։
