«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Ինչպես հայտնի է, 2026 թվականի հունիսի 25-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը (ԲԴԽ) դադարեցրել է Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի դատավոր Գիվի Հովհաննիսյանի լիազորությունները՝ էական կարգապահական խախտման հիմքով։

Պատճառն այն էր, որ դատավորի օգնականը դատավորի զուգընկերուհին է եղել, որի մասին ԲԴԽ-ին հայտնի է դարձել օգնականի մի հրապարակումից: Սա, ըստ օրենքի, անթույլատրելի շահերի բախում է:

Նկատենք, որ Գիվի Հովհաննիսյանը եղել է ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի անդամ, փաստաբան (2008–2022 թթ.)։ Այդ ժամանակահատվածում պաշտպանել է նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի շահերը «Մարտի 1-ի» գործով։ 2022 թվականի օգոստոսի 1-ին նշանակվել է Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի դատավոր, որին 4 տարի անց հեռացրին դատական համակարգից։ Արդյունքում իրեն համակարգից հեռացնելու գործով նախկին դատավորը դիմում է ներկայացրել ՄԻԵԴ»։
