Netflix-ը Ռուսաստանում գրանցել է իր լոգոտիպի և անվան իրավունքը

Ամերիկյան Netflix սթրիմինգային ծառայությունը Ռուսաստանում գրանցել է ընկերության անվանումով և լոգոտիպով ապրանքային նշանը, հայտնում է ТАСС-ը։ Հայտը ԱՄՆ-ից Ռոսպատենտ է ներկայացվել 2026 թվականի ապրիլին։

Գերատեսչության տվյալներով, ապրանքանշանը գրանցվել է Ապրանքների և ծառայությունների միջազգային դասակարգման վեց դասերով։ Դրանք ընդգրկում են գրենական պիտույքներ, աքսեսուարներ, սպասք, հագուստ, խաղալիքներ, ինչպես նաև կրթական և ժամանցային ծառայություններ։

Netflix-ը հայտարարել էր, որ 2022 թվականին հեռանում է ռուսաստանյան շուկայից։ Ապրանքային նշանի գրանցումն ինքնին չի նշանակում, որ ընկերությունը ծրագրում է վերսկսել գործունեությունը Ռուսաստանում։

Ավելի վաղ Ռոսպատենտի ղեկավար Յուրի Զուբովը ТАСС-ին տված հարցազրույցում պարզաբանել էր, որ արտասահմանյան ընկերությունները ձգտում են Ռուսաստանում գրանցել ապրանքային նշաններ և երկարաձգել դրանց գործողության ժամկետը նույնիսկ տեղական շուկայում ժամանակավոր բացակայության պայմաններում։ Սա թույլ է տալիս պաշտպանել բրենդները կեղծիքներից և չթույլատրել ապրանքների վաճառքը իրավատիրոջ արտադրանքի անվան տակ։ Զուբովի կարծիքով, ընկերությունները շահագրգռված են պահպանել իրենց բրենդների հեղինակությունը, նույնիսկ երբ ռուսաստանյան շուկան նրանց համար անհասանելի է։
