Եթե Հայաստանի իշխանությունները փոխեն Ռուսաստանի հետ դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների կարգավիճակը, ապա Հայաստանը կզրկվի ռուսական գազն արտոնյալ գնով ձեռք բերելու հնարավորությունից։ Այսպիսի հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ի՝ ԱՊՀ երկրների չորրորդ դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն Միխայիլ Կալուգինը՝ «Ռիա Նովոստի»-ին տված հարցազրույցում։

«Մենք ունենք ընդգրկուն պայմանագրային և իրավական հիմք, որն ամրագրում է Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան երկկողմ հարաբերությունների արտոնյալ՝ դաշնակցային կարգավիճակը։ Եթե ​​Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ցանկանում են արտաքին քաղաքականության «դիվերսիֆիկացիայի» շրջանակում վերանայել այդ կարգավիճակը, ապա դա նրանց իրավունքն է։ Բայց այդ դեպքում անհրաժեշտ կլինի հրաժարվել այն արտոնություններից, որոնք Մոսկվան տրամադրում է միայն իր դաշնակիցներին։ Այդպիսի արտոնություններից է նաև գազի գինը»,- նշել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը։
