Երեկ՝ հուլիսի 17-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 13։00-ի սահմաններում Արտաշատ քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 36-ամյա Հայկազ Սարգսյանը Նոր Հաճն-Աբովյան կամրջի վրա նկատել է մի տղայի, ով անցել էր կամրջի վտանգավոր եզրագիծը և սպառնում էր ցած նետվելով ինքնասպան լինել։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, Հ. Սարգսյանը մոտ 30 րոպե բանակցում է կամրջի վտանգավոր եզրագիծն անցած տղայի հետ ու կարողանում է նրան համոզել, որպեսզի չդիմի ծայրահեղ այդ քայլին։
