Երկու տարի առաջ, երբ շատերին թվում էր` ամեն ինչ ավարտված է, Արցախի էջը փակված է, մենք որոշեցինք շարունակել աշխատանքը և թույլ չտալ, որ արցախցիների ձայնը խլացվի։ Այս մասին գրել է «Արցախ TV»-ի տնօրեն Հրայր Ավետիսյանը։

«Այսօր ստիպված ենք հայտարարել, որ «Արցախ TV»-ն իր ներկա կազմով՝ Հրայր Ավետիսյան, Արմինե Հայրիյան, Նորայր Հովսեփյան, Արմինե Պետրոսյան, Գայանե Մելքումյան, Ծովինար Բարխուդարյան, Տիգրան Գասպարյան, Արսեն Եսայան, Կարեն Պետրոսյան, դադարեցնում է գործունեությունը։

Սակայն այս որոշումը մենք չենք կայացրել։ Արցախի կառավարության որոշմամբ՝ «Արցախ TV» անվանման և հարթակի կիրառման իրավասությունը կփոխանցվի մեկ ուրիշ ՀԿ-ի։

Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, շնորհակալություն այս դժվար ժամանակահատվածում նույնպես մեր կողքին լինելու, աջակցելու համար։

Հաճախ առանց տեխնիկական ու ֆինանսական աջակցության փորձել ենք անել հնարավորը՝ միշտ Ձեր Արցախի հեռուստատեսությունը մնալու համար։

Հայցում ենք ձեր ներողամտությունը, եթե երբեմն չենք կարողացել արդարացնել ձեր ակնկալիքները»,-նշել է նա։
