ԵԱՏՄ երկրներում անցած տարի հայտնաբերվել է ավելի քան 9,5 մլն միավոր կեղծված ապրանք

Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության (ԵԱՏՄ) երկրներում 2025 թվականին հայտնաբերվել է ավելի քան 9,5 միլիոն միավոր կեղծված ապրանք։

«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին հայտնել են Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովից (ԵՏՀ)՝ վկայակոչելով ԵԱՏՄ երկրներում մտավոր սեփականության իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտում իրավակիրառ պրակտիկայի մոնիթորինգի վերաբերյալ 2025 թվականի հաշվետվությունը։

Հաշվետվությունը քննարկվել է ԵՏՀ կոլեգիային կից մտավոր սեփականության հարցերով խորհրդատվական կոմիտեի նիստում։

ԵՏՀ տվյալներով՝ 2025 թվականին ԵԱՏՄ պետություններում մտավոր սեփականության ոլորտում արձանագրվել է 1782 խախտում։ Միաժամանակ, քրեական հանցագործությունների թիվն աճել է 36,4 տոկոսով։ Արձանագրված խախտումների 85,6 տոկոսը՝ 1525 դեպք, վերաբերել է ապրանքային նշանների նկատմամբ իրավունքներին։

ԵՏՀ-ի տվյալներով՝ ԵԱՏՄ երկրներում կեղծված արտադրանքի առավել տարածված տեսակներից են հագուստն ու կոշկեղենը, կենցաղային տեխնիկան և էլեկտրոնիկան, խաղալիքները, ավտոմեքենաների պահեստամասերը, ինչպես նաև ալկոհոլային արտադրանքը։

Կոմիտեի նիստում քննարկվել են նաև «Եվրասիական տնտեսական ուղի» հռչակագրի իրականացման միջոցառումների ծրագրի շրջանակում մտավոր սեփականության ոլորտում նախատեսված աշխատանքները։

Մասնավորապես, քննարկվել է ԵԱՏՄ իրավական դաշտում «ապրանքային նշան», «առևտրային նշան» և «բրենդ» հասկացությունների միասնական սահմանումների ամրագրման նպատակահարմարությունը։

Կոմիտեի անդամները քննարկել են նաև ԵԱՏՄ ապրանքային նշանների և ապրանքների ծագման տեղանունների գրանցման համակարգի ներդրման շրջանակում տեղեկատվական փոխգործակցության փորձարկման ընթացքը, ինչպես նաև մտավոր սեփականության օբյեկտների միասնական մաքսային ռեեստրի գործարկման հարցերը։
