Մոսկվայի դատարանը հեռակա կարգով կալանավորել է լրագրող Յուրի Դուդին

Մոսկվայի Բասմանյան շրջանային դատարանը հեռակա կարգով որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրել կալանքը երկու ամիս ժամկետով լրագրող Յուրի Դուդի համար։ Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՌԴ ՔՕ 205.2-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով, հայտնել են դատարանի մամուլի ծառայությունից։

Խոսքը «Ահաբեկչական գործունեության իրականացման հրապարակային կոչերի, ահաբեկչության հրապարակային արդարացման կամ քարոզչության» հոդվածի մասին է։ Այս մասով առավելագույն պատիժը մինչև յոթ տարվա ազատազրկումն է։ Կալանքի ժամկետը հաշվարկվելու է ՌԴ իրավապահ մարմիններին Դուդին հանձնելու պահից՝ արտահանձնման դեպքում, կամ Ռուսաստանի տարածքում ձերբակալման պահից։

Ավելի վաղ՝ 2025 թվականի նոյեմբերին, դատարանը հեռակա կարգով Դուդին դատապարտել էր ընդհանուր ռեժիմի գաղութում մեկ տարի և 10 ամիս ժամկետով ազատազրկման՝ ՌԴ ՔՕ 330.1-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով (օտարերկրյա գործակալի պարտականություններից խուսափելը)։

2026 թվականի փետրվարին պատժաչափին ավելացվել էր նաև երեք տարով կայքերի կառավարման արգելք։ 2025 թվականի հուլիսին դատարանն արդեն հեռակա կարգով կալանավորել էր լրագրողին օտարերկրյա գործակալի պարտականությունները չկատարելու գործով։ Դուդը Արդարադատության նախարարության կողմից ներառվել էր օտարերկրյա գործակալների ռեեստրում 2022 թվականի ապրիլի 15-ին, ինչից հետո լքել էր Ռուսաստանը։
