Ադրբեջանը Թուրքիային մեղադրել է իր դեմ հիբրիդային պատերազմ վարելու մեջ։ Այս մասին գրել է ադրբեջանագետ Տաթև Հայրապետյանը:

«Ադրբեջանի լրատվականները գրում են, որ «Միլլի Մեջլիսի՝ օտարերկրյա միջամտության և հիբրիդային սպառնալիքների հակազդման ժամանակավոր հանձնաժողովն իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում ուսումնասիրել է վերջին օրերին եղբայրական Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության տարածքից սոցիալական մեդիայի հարթակների միջոցով մեր երկրի դեմ իրականացվող տեղեկատվական արշավը»։

«Արշավն իրականացվում է համակարգված կերպով՝ սոցիալական ցանցերում թիրախավորված գովազդի, իրական և կեղծ հաշիվների միջոցով։ Ցավով պետք է արձանագրենք, որ Ադրբեջանում և Թուրքիայում որոշ անձինք նույնպես աջակցում են այս նենգ արշավին։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության օրենսդրության համաձայն՝ նման գործունեությունը ենթադրում է իրավական պատասխանատվություն, արշավը դեռևս շարունակվում է։

Հարկ է նաև նշել, որ համակարգված տեղեկատվական արշավի մասնակիցների վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունները կներկայացվեն Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության համապատասխան պետական մարմիններին»։

Ի գիտություն ասեմ, որ ՄԱԿ-ում Նեթանյահուի ելույթի ժամանակ ադրբեջանական պատվիրակությունը չէր լքել դահլիճը, ինչը դժգոհության մեծ ալիք էր առաջ բերել թուրքական շրջանակներում։ Հավանաբար հենց դրանից էլ սրտնեղել է «ալբանիզացիայով» տառապող Ադրբեջանը»,- գրել է Հայրապետյանը։
