Պուտին․ «Պուշկինյան քարտի» թվային մոդելը կարելի է հարմարեցնել այլ երկրների համար

Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ է այլ երկրների հետ կիսվել առաջավոր մշակութային փորձով, այդ թվում՝ «Պուշկինյան քարտի» ծրագրով։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում անցկացվող Մշակույթների միավորման XII միջազգային համաժողովում։

Նրա խոսքով՝ «Պուշկինյան քարտի» թվային մոդելը հեշտությամբ կարելի է հարմարեցնել այլ երկրների համար։

Պուտինը նաև նշել է, որ մշակույթը մարդկանց միջև կամուրջներ է ստեղծում նույնիսկ հակասությունների պայմաններում, այդ թվում՝ այն իրավիճակներում, երբ պատժամիջոցների պատճառով սառեցված են տնտեսական և այլ կապերը։

ՌԴ նախագահը ընդգծել է, որ Ռուսաստանը պատմականորեն ձևավորվել է որպես տարբեր ժողովուրդների, լեզուների և սովորույթների փոխգործակցության տարածք։

«Մեզ համար միասնությունը միանմանություն չէ, այլ համախմբվածություն, որը հիմնված է յուրաքանչյուր ժողովրդի և էթնոսի ինքնատիպ զարգացման նկատմամբ հոգատար վերաբերմունքի վրա», – ասել է Պուտինը։
