Իրավապահները ալկոհոլային կեղծ խմիչք պատրաստելու և իրացնելու դեպք են բացահայտել

Համայնքային ոստիկանության Բազումի բաժնի ծառայողները օպերատիվ տեղեկություն էին ստացել, որ Վանաձոր քաղաքի 43-ամյա բնակիչը, առանց համապատասխան թույլտվության, վարձակալած ավտոտնակում պատրաստում, շշալցնում և իրացնում է օղի ու կոնյակ։ Ըստ օպերատիվ տեղեկության՝ 43-ամյա տղամարդը կեղծ ալկոհոլային խմիչքն իրացնում է 41-ամյա համաքաղաքացու միջոցով՝ նրա կողմից շահագործվող «Օպել Զաֆիրա» մակնիշի մեքենայով։ 

Ստուգմամբ պարզվել է, որ տեղեկությունը հավաստի է։ Կազմված փաստաթղթերը փոխանցվել են նախաքննական մարմին։ 

Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում սեպտեմբերի 10-ին կատարված զննությամբ Ավետիսյան փողոցում գտնվող ավտոտնակում հայտնաբերվել է 7504 շիշ կեղծ ալկոհոլային խմիչք։
Կատարվում է նախաքննություն։

Ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրությունն ինքնին քրեորեն պատժելի արարք է, իսկ նման դեպքերում կարող է նաև վտանգվել մարդկանց առողջությունը: 
ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունը հորդորում է չզբաղվել ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրությամբ։
