Հայաստանում քննարկվում է Արևելք–Արևմուտք տրանսպորտային կապերի ամրապնդումը

Սեպտեմբերի 14-ին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի և միջազգային առևտրի նախարարության և ՄԱԿ-ի Ասիայի և Խաղաղօվկիանոսյան տարածաշրջանի տնտեսական և սոցիալական հանձնաժողովի (ESCAP) համագործակցությամբ Երևանում մեկնարկել է «Կայուն տրանսպորտային միջանցքների խթանումը՝ միջտարածաշրջանային և ներտարածաշրջանային փոխկապակցվածության ամրապնդման նպատակով» խորագիրը կրող կարողությունների զարգացման երկօրյա աշխատաժողով։

Աշխատաժողովը նպատակ ունի խթանել քաղաքական երկխոսությունը, փորձի և գիտելիքի փոխանակումը, ինչպես նաև կարողությունների զարգացումը՝ Հարավային Կովկասի, Հյուսիսային և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի տարածաշրջանում և դրանից դուրս կայուն տրանսպորտային երթուղիների զարգացման և առանցքային միջազգային տրանսպորտային միջանցքներով Արևելք–Արևմուտք կապակցվածության ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ։

Աշխատաժողովի բացմանը ելույթով հանդես է եկել ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի և միջազգային առևտրի նախարարի տեղակալ Վահան Կոստանյանը։

Երկօրյա միջոցառման ընթացքում քննարկվելու են կայուն տրանսպորտային միջանցքների զարգացման առանցքային ուղղությունները: Մասնակիցները հնարավորություն կունենան իրականացնելու փորձի փոխանակում, քննարկելու տրանսպորտային միջանցքների զարգացման ընդհանուր մարտահրավերները և դիտարկելու դրանց արդյունավետությունը, դիմակայունությունն ու կայունությունը բարձրացնելու գործնական մոտեցումները։

Աշխատաժողովին մասնակցում են անդամ երկրների կառավարությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, ինչպես նաև տրանսպորտային օպերատորներ, մասնավոր հատվածի, գիտական շրջանակների, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների, զարգացման գործընկերների և ոլորտի այլ շահագրգիռ ներկայացուցիչներ։
