Պարսից ծոցի երկրների հետ այսօր նախատեսված հանդիպումը չեղարկվել է Սաուդյան Արաբիայի խնդրանքով՝ Եմենում տիրող ընթացիկ սրման պատճառով, հայտարարել է Իրանի ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչ Էսմայիլ Բաղային, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

«Այո, դա ճիշտ է։ Հանդիպումը հետաձգվել է Սաուդյան Արաբիայի խնդրանքով։ Դա կապված է այն ամենի հետ, ինչ այժմ տեղի է ունենում նրանց և Եմենի միջև», - ասել է նա ամենշաբաթյա ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ։

Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 14-ին, Օմանում պետք է կայանար հանդիպում Պարսից ծոցի տարածաշրջանի երկրների արտաքին գործերի նախարարների մակարդակով։ Սեպտեմբերի 11-ին Իրանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Էսմայիլ Բագաին հաստատել էր դրան իրանական կողմի մասնակցությունը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ հանդիպմանը, բացի տարածաշրջանային հարցերից, քննարկվելու էին Հորմուզի նեղուցում առևտրային նավագնացության անվտանգ երթուղիների որոշման շուրջ իրանա-օմանական բանակցությունների արդյունքները։ Նավագնացությունը Հորմուզի նեղուցում արգելափակված է ԱՄՆ-ի և Իրանի միջև փետրվարի 28-ից շարունակվող հակամարտության պատճառով։
