Հուլիսի 12-ին արտառոց դեպք էր տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 16։25-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արաբկիրի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն էր ստացվել, որ «աջ և ձախ այտերի մակերեսային շրջանի վնասվածք» ախտորոշմամբ երեխա է տեղափոխվել «Ուիգմոր Քլինիք» բժշկական կենտրոն։

Ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի ծառայողները պարզել էին, որ հուլիսի 11-ին Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանում գործող մասնավոր մանկապարտեզներից մեկում դայակը քաշել է երեխայի այտերը և ցավ պատճառել, ինչի հետևանքով երեխան ստացել է նշված մարմնական վնասվածքը։

MediaHub-ին ՔԿ-ից հայտնել էին․ «Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 195-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով (ֆիզիկական ներգործությունը անչափահասի նկատմամբ)»։

ՔԿ-ից նաև հայտնել էին, որ նշանակվել են համապատասխան փորձաքննություններ։

Երկու ամիս անց MediaHub-ը կրկին դիմեց ՔԿ՝ հասկանալու՝ արդյոք գործով նորություն կա։ Մեզ տեղեկացրին, որ գործի մասով նորություն չկա։
