ԱՄՆ-ի սպառնալիքները՝ հարվածելու Իրանի բոլոր նավթային լցանավերին, պատիվ չեն բերում գերտերությանը, հայտարարել է Իրանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Էսմաիլ Բաղային, հաղորդում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստի-ն:

«Գիտեք, մի երկրի համար, որն իրեն անվանում է պատմության մեջ մեծագույն գերտերություն, նման սպառնալիքների դիմելը, առևտրային նավերի վրա հարձակվելը՝ ի վրեժխնդրություն այն բանի, ինչում իրենք են խոստովանել, իրականում որևէ պատիվ չի բերում», - բրիֆինգի ժամանակ ասել է Բաղային։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ Իրանի խորհրդարանի խոսնակ Մոհամադ-Բագեր Ղալիբաֆը, արձագանքելով Հեգսեթի հայտարարություններին, գրել էր, որ իրանական ակտիվներին ԱՄՆ-ի հարվածի դեպքում Թեհրանը պատասխան հարված կհասցնի Մերձավոր Արևելքում ԱՄՆ-ի հետ կապված նավթագազային ընկերություններին։

Պենտագոնի ղեկավար Փիթ Հեգսեթն ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էր, որ ամերիկյան զինվորականները կարող են հարվածել Իրանի բոլոր նավթային լցանավերին՝ ի պատասխան իրենց նավերի վրա հարձակումների։
