Ադրբեջանը, Թուրքիան և Պարսից ծոցի մի շարք երկրներ օգնում են Վաշինգտոնին հասնել Իրանի պատժին առևտրային նավերի գնդակոծման համար: Այս մասին ասել է ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ Ջեյ Դի Վենսը։

Ըստ Վենսի՝ խոսքը վերաբերում է ոչ միայն Ադրբեջանին, այլև Թուրքիային, ԱՄԷ-ին, Սաուդյան Արաբիային և Կատարին, ինչպես նաև Պարսից ծոցի այլ երկրների:

«Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ շատ երկրներ, թեև երբեմն պատրաստ չեն դրա մասին հրապարակավ խոսել, ոչ պաշտոնապես շատ բան են անում, որպեսզի օգնեն մեզ հասնել նրան, որ Իրանը պատիժ կրի առևտրային նավագնացության գնդակոծման համար»,- այս մասին ասել է Վենսը:

ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահը չի հստակեցրել, թե հատկապես ինչ օգնություն են ցուցաբերում նշված երկրները, և մանրամասներ չի ներկայացրել Իրանի գործողությունների մասին:
