1.5 մլրդ-ի ոդիսականը․ հինգ տարի է՝ դպրոցը չեն կարողանում կառուցել․ «Հրապարակ»

«Հրապարակ օրաթերթ»-ը գրում է․ Այս տարի էլ Արթիկի թիվ 2 հիմնական դպրոցն իր դռները չի բացի աշակերտների առաջ։ Դեռեւս 2021թ. աշնանը մեկնարկած շինաշխատանքները դեռ ընթացքի մեջ են։ Շինարարության պատասխանատուն Հայաստանի տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամն է, որտեղից մեր գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնում են, որ դպրոցի շինաշխատանքների վերջնաժամկետ է սահմանվել 2026թ. նոյեմբերի 30-ը։ «Շինաշխատանքներն ավարտական փուլում են։ Դպրոցը շահագործման կհանձնվի շինարարական օբյեկտն ընդունող հանձնաժողովի կողմից, օբյեկտն ընդունելուն ուղղված աշխատանքներն ավարտելուց հետո՝ սահմանված ժամկետում»։

Ի դեպ, դպրոցի շինաշխատանքների սահմանված վերջնաժամկետը սկզբում 2024 թվականն էր, հետագայում մի քանի անգամ ժամկետը երկարացվել է, քանի որ, ըստ հիմնադրամի, նախկին կապալառուն անպատասխանատու է գտնվել, եւ ընթացքում փոխվել են շինարարությունն իրականացնող ընկերությունն ու շինաշխատանքների վերջնաժամկետը։ Այժմ շինարարությունն իրականացնում են «Ջի Թի Էս ՔՆՍԹՐԱՔՇՆ» եւ «ԱԶՈՒՐԻՏ» ընկերությունները, իսկ պայմանագրի արժեքը գրեթե 1.5 մլրդ դրամ է (1 մլրդ 498 մլն 775 հազար 95 դրամ)։
