Գլխավոր դատախազությունը 2025 թվականի մարտի 12-ին հայցադիմում էր ներկայացրել Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան՝ ընդդեմ Վայոց ձորի մարզի Եղեգնաձոր համայնքի և ֆիզիկական անձի՝ 2006 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 29-ին անցկացված հողամասի աճուրդն անվավեր ճանաչելու և անվավերության հետևանքներ կիրառելու պահանջներով:

Գլխավոր դատախազության պետական շահերի պաշտպանության հայցը Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի 2026 թվականի փետրվարի 17-ի վճռով բավարարվել էր: Վճռով անվավեր էր ճանաչվել Վայոց ձորի մարզի Եղեգնաձոր համայնքի Մալիշկա գյուղի 7-րդ փողոցում գտնվող՝ 0.03 հա մակերեսով հողամասի վերաբերյալ 2006 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 29-ին անցկացված աճուրդը և, որպես անվավերության հետևանք, ի թիվս այլնի, անվավեր էր ճանաչվել ֆիզիկական անձի անվամբ կատարված սեփականության իրավունքի պետական գրանցումը:

Օրինական ուժ ստացած դատական ակտի հիման վրա՝ 2026 թվականի օգոստոսի 25-ին Կադաստրի կոմիտեում Վայոց ձորի մարզի Եղեգնաձոր համայնքի սեփականության իրավունքն է գրանցվել 0.03 հա մակերեսով, 237 հազար դրամ շուկայականին մոտարկված կադաստրային արժեքով հողամասի նկատմամբ:
